The catalogue is dedicated to men and women who circumnavigated the globe between the mid-nineteenth century and the first half of the twentieth century. Available in both Italian and English, the book brings together more than 600 micro-stories, documenting the emergence of the modern globetrotter through short biographies, historical sources and ephemeral materials.
